Melissa Klein, the owner of the bakery that refused to bake a cake for a homosexual wedding ceremony, has revealed that the state of Oregon seized all of her bank accounts weeks before she planned to pay the settlement from the suit brought against her by the couple.
According to Fox News, Klein and her husband were hit with a penalty of over $135,000 in July payable to the lesbian couple who cited "emotional suffering" for the mom-and-pop bakers holding to their Christian beliefs. The state, ignoring the couple's religious liberty, agreed and said the small business, Sweet Cakes by Melissa, couldn't discriminate against the rights of LGBT customers.
The Kleins quickly gained support for standing up for their own rights and began receiving donations which were kept in a separate account from their personal banking in order to pay the settlement. But in the weeks before Christmas, Mrs. Klein was shocked to find out that Oregon's Bureau of Labor and Industries had confiscated all the money in all of her accounts.
"It was like my breath was taken away," Melissa Klein said to Fox's Todd Starnes. "I panicked. Everything was gone."
"We had three accounts," she continued. "I have one account that's labeled, 'God's money' - our tithing. They just took it."
An attorney for the couple said the fight is not over and the couple "will continue to work to ensure that every American has the First Amendment right to express their faith-based beliefs, and to conduct their daily affairs according to their conscience."

Banks are servants of the fascist state. This is yet another reason that money (savings) be kept out of banks. Only use banks for operating expenses with little reserve.

Brietbart should set up a sting on a muzzie bakery in Oregon and request they openly cater a lesbian wedding . Then do a follow up on scalded dog media and govt. employees as they head for high grass to avoid fair and equal treatment under the Oregon law .
Why was there no legal help for the Kleins? Where is Rutherford, ACLJ, Thimas Moore?

Hate to point out the obvious, but all of this, including the income tax, is tied to expanding the franchise to women and instituting de facto universal suffrage. No democrat would ever get elected without women voters. Now that the horse is out of the barn, disenfranchisement of the parasite class is the only way to stop the socialist march.
It starts by packing the Supreme Court with 6 new hard right wing judges (nothing in the Constitution says there has to be only 9).
Then its time to clean house. There are no amendments prohibiting disenfranchisement of felons, and adding other classes like welfare and food stamp recipients to the no vote list would be Constitutional.
Throw out all voter registration and require Americans to obtain a federal Voter ID card. No more fraud and no more stupid parasites voting.
The urban centers in Oregon and Washington have such concentrations of leftists and degenerates that they control the political environments. The less urban and rural parts are full of decent people, but our political class will cater only to those who can keep them in power. It’s not that different anywhere in the country. My home state of Texas is becoming much the same, with entrenched leftists in the cities lording over everybody else, or trying to. God help this country if the left succeeds in doing away with the electoral college.
Travel Oregon has been promoting the "Seven Wonders of Oregon" campaign for about two years now. One of those wonders is Crater Lake. Local tourism organizations say it is a large factor in bringing people in and putting southern Oregon on the map.
"To have a national park so close to where we are it adds an extra day to people's visits, is what it does so for our visitors it's that extra day added so they can go taste our wines one day they can maybe go see theater another," said Anne Jenkins from Travel Medford.
