According to my sources, Obama will ultimately implement the following gun control regulations, mostly through a series of Executive Orders. 1. Tax ammunition into oblivion and encourage the prosecution of gun manufacturers and bullet producers for shootings using their products. This is a given and will be rolled out very early in the form of an Executive Order. 2. The Federal government will purchase as much ammunition as possible in order to create shortages, thus, driving up the price of ammunition.

As disturbing as it is to read, this really sounds like tin foil hat stuff to me. I think he’ll try to close the “loop hole” and maybe try to get manufacturers to bear some responsibility for nut-case shootings. But this stuff would stick in a lot of craws and be nullified by We the People. Even the timid new gun owners. And there are a LOT of them.
If he tries any of this stuff it will probably guarantee 50 state landslide for Trump or Cruz. And I don’t think the Military will allow any of the unconstitutional maintenance of this administration. The Pentagon’s perfumed princes may been co-opted but there are still thousands of fine, patriotic field grade officers and NCO that would not comply. I hope.
Agreed, except the price of ammo is pretty much back to where it was before Obama, horders, speculators, and new shooters drove the price up under the laws of supply and demand.

I love it when I see stuff like this. Makes me laugh, because no one is ACTUALLY WILLING to follow through on the "or else what?" part. We have disgraced the Founder's legacy. They would have been actively resisting long ago. For some reason, we think we are better and have more to lose than they did.
As a result, the asshole WILL keep pushing, and we will continue suffering the evils, plain and simple. There are no real patriots willing to make a stand at this point, because to dos o would require far too much sacrifice.

Patriots please note that the Supreme Court had clarified in Youngstown Sheet & Tube Co. v. Sawyer that executive orders do not have the force of law unless legislatively supported by Congress, provided that such legislation is also reasonably justifiable under Congresss constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers. So what is going on with Obamas unconstitutional unilateral executive orders is the following imo.
Noting that Congress has the constitutional authority to stop lawless Obama from stealing legislative branch powers to make unconstitutional executive orders, please consider the following. Pro-gun control RINO lawmakers are wrongly letting Obama steal legislative branch powers so that he can do their dirty legislative work for them so that they can keep their voting records clean. And keeping their voting records clean will help gun-control lawmakers to be reelected next year.
Note that Congress also lets activist justices and non-elected federal bureaucrats steal legislative branch powers so that justices and bureucrats can likewise do Congresss dirty work for it so that lawmakers can keep their voting records clean for reelection purposes.
So when patriots elect Trump, or whatever conservative they elect as president, they also need to do this. They need to elect a new, state sovereignty-respecting Congress that will work within its constitutional Article I, Section 8-limited powers to support the new president, while prohibiting the corrupt executive and judicial branches, along with Constitution-ignoring federal bureaucrats, from stealing legislative branch powers.
Also consider that such a Congress would probably be willing to fire state sovereignty-ignoring activist justices.
Finally, note that if patriots can elect a 2/3 conservative supermajority in each House that the supermajority members will have the constitutional authority, under the Constitutions Clause 2 of Section 5 of Article I, to expel state sovereignty-ignoring members of that House.
So until the states quit sitting on their hands and amend the Constitution to give themselves the power to recall bad-apple federal lawmakers, having state sovereignty-respecting federal lawmakers get rid of the state sovereignty-ignoring lawmakers is the best that patriots can hope for in the meanwhile.
I guess we shall see.

This is fantasy. Not only doesn’t he have the power to do most of these things, they are directly against the Constitution. This is designed to make pro-gun forces look like lunatics...don’t believe a word of it.

Whoever wrote this might have a source with a “White Paper” but that white paper was written by an idiot.
Just moving the Overton window...its a trial balloon to anger people and then when the real EO is released, people will be more accepting. The real EO will be incrementally less impacting than the rumors and people will feel relief and accept it!
