A lot of us think the GOP needs to be euthanized anyhow. But THEY won’t start a new party, WE will. They can join the Dems, which is where they belong anyhow. This is going to get ugly. Doesn’t seem to be any way to avoid it. They ARE exposing thier democrat underbellies with all these threats and hysterics, aren’t they?

Above, somebody wrote about the Sore-Loserman Party.

But, actually, I can actually see Lieberman (a very, very powerful democrat VP candidate) actually supporting either Cruz or Trump, actually becoming a “Republican” in office RATHHER than remaining independent or a socialist-democrat.

On the other hand, YES.

Would these go third party?
Bush? Maybe. He would just sit out the election, not vote.
McConnell? Yes.
Ryan? Maybe.
Boehner? Yes.
Medved? Yes.
Kristol? Yes.
Rowe? Yes. He'd run their campaign!
McCain? Yes.
Graham? Yes. If not democrat to get a better chairmanship.
Dole? Yes.
Romney? Probably not.
Reise Philbin (RNC Chair)? Probably be chosen 3rd chairman himself!

Who else?

I seem to recall the (republican) candidates signing a pledge to support whomever the candidate was. There was a lot of caterwauling when Trump hesitated to sign.

The only way I can see to change Washington is to move the government out. Make these elected "officials" work from offices in their respective districts. Make them work in glass offices on the ground floor.

Emails, letters and phone calls are a lot easier to ignore than a hundred or more enraged citizens with torches and pitchforks, all staring in your window. They might just remember who sent them and why,

The internet is a wonderful thing. Billions of dollars in business are successfully completed every day.

Just think of the money saved by not paying for travel. Think how much more difficult it would be for lobbyists to influence OUR employees. No Washington parties where money and promises flow like water.

Perhaps they could be persuaded to meet with their employers and listen to what they had to say. Less arm twisting, etc...

THINK ABOUT IT!!

The dumb thing is that Trump will side with them on a lot of issues.....which the base has not figured out yet.

There will be good and bad things that President Trump does, get used to it darling.

Really. Why start a new party? The GOPe fits in real fine with the democrat agenda.

Obama has gotten more out of them than they got from a dem House and Senate.

I think Trump will deliver a wall and if he only does that one thing I will be happy. But even if he accomplishes nothing, Trump has destroyed the PC hell we all lived in for decades! Celebrate the man he has already done more for the country than all the RINOS put together and he is not even President yet.

Has Kristol ever really been even a moderate Conservative?

Has he ever repudiated his father's collegiate admiration of Leon Trotsky, the butcher of the Bolshevik Revolution?

In my estimation, he has never seen the absurdity of the Neocon Phenomenon, which his father defines. If that is correct, his departure might be a net gain for the Republican Party. It will help clarify issues.

Great, is this the beginning of the take over of the Republican party by Conservatives? This is what the Republican party has been needing. The Gopeers can become democrats and or form a turd party. I hope this rapidly spreads to Mississippi and haley barbour and his minions can join with kristol. We could end up with a Conservative Republican party and the term Conservative would be more than a meaningless, obligatory campaign slogan.

Isn't this the same hypocritical sleaze who complains about how third parties "steal votes" from GOP establishment candidates in general elections?

Nevertheless, I can't wait to see Bill Kristol's Neoconservative third party. Ideologically, the candidate best aligned with Kristol is probably Lindsey Graham, who polled at zero in most surveys. I'm sure Linda will make a similar splash in the general election.

Blue collar and rural America, along with small business owners, probably looks at the bipartisan political elite and the cultural and educational elite much like the French peasants viewed the aristocracy in 1788 or the Anglo-Saxon peasants saw the Norman rulers in 13th Century England: a parasitical ruling class who ignore those who they view as lesser beings. Another analogy can be found in The Hunger Games series of books and movies: an all powerful, wealthy, and decadent capital city lording it over the outlying districts.

In fiction, you have Robin Hood, William Tell, or Katniss Everdeen fighting for the underdog. In history, massive unrest against an unjust ruling class often leads to the likes of Cromwell, Robespierre, or Lenin.

Let the chips fall. Get it over with. When the communist democrat party controls the US govt the former GOPers will be eaten alive by the competition for favor. In short time, the yellow dog democrats will turn on each other as the field is narrowed from lack of competition. The uniparty deserves full exposure and also deserves the consequences, which will be extensive, of their treason to the America they plundered.

And here I thought WE were the ones who would have to start a new party. But if the RINOS want to do our work for us ...
