Black Lives Matter protesters vowed Monday to press on with their plan to demonstrate at the Mall of America on the busy shopping day before Christmas Eve, despite the mall's efforts to stop them.
The mall requested a temporary restraining order barring the group from staging its protest Wednesday over the police killing of a black man last month. Question— is a shopping mall private property, so that the owners of the mall can legally block the protest??
Does freedom of speech, assembly , right of protest extend to a place such as a shopping mall because it is open to the public??
Is this protest going to scare off shoppers from the mall, and will they see their business drop off now and in the future, if the perception gets out there that trouble makers go to that mall???
Why do they need a restraining order? Hire armed security and kick their asses out.

They drive away paying customers who are fed up with their demands and conduct, business drops, stores close and the malls become ghost towns.
