Your 64 and never experimented with color...wow...why begin now...grow Gray gracefully...but remember short is classier than long stringy hair...especially as we age...JMO.

and just a note...we don't dye hair, we color hair..One day we will dye...die...spell how ever you like...we all know that, that day will come for ALL of us...

My adult daughter is also a ‘hairdresser’ and at 20 she modeled for a color company and they took her from her natural ash blond to a red head...she remained a red head for 18 years, and everyone thought that was her natural color..
THE PRODUCT WAS FIAMASI (probably spelled wrong!) It is a super nice hair color product, but always have it professionally applied, that is important to keep it natural..we know how to apply and not over lap.
I'm sure there are many, many products on the market today, more so than when I worked...(been retired 15 yrs..but still do Hair cuts for family and friends) and I would LOVE TO GIVE BERNIE SANDERS A DECENT CUT..AND HIS WIFE,who is way past the age for her hairstyle...way past.
Always use good products for dressing your hair, some are expensive but worth the money to keep your locks ‘glowing’ I like Matrix, and Sexy Products...there are many to chose from...

Thanks for all the information. I have started using an oil based shampoo as well as this product by Revlon called Uniq One. It has this wonderful coconut smell and helps with the frizzes.
These are expensive but then I remember all I have saved by not coloring my hair for all these years.
