But we have been using high explosive drone attacks now for years against people that are very motivated, don't care if they die, and are able to get into our country with ease with little blow back here (that reaches the news). The drones don't have to be flown in the CONUS, they could be contracted out. The people flying the attacks will say "We are just following a lawful order". Yes, if things go that route and continue you get full blown 4GW, and all the lights go out. Then we are talking 10% of the population dead at a minimum in the first few years, and who knows how much later on.
