Whenever I’m called upon to demolish a reenforced concrete bunker, I always reach for my GawdAwful Mk VII .50 rifle. It’s loud, it’s obnoxious, and it kicks like a crazed mule, but it gets the job done. And really, isn’t that what we all want in a personal weapon of mass destruction? ;^)
For $12,281 (MSRP) I can think of may, many other things that an 18 year old would want to buy that would impress girls more than a $12,291 (MSRP) rifle.
That's presuming that our 18 year old is normosexual, as are 97% of 18 year old boys outside of New York. I'm pretty sure nobody can buy one in New York City -- and if you could, where would you shoot it ? I'm also fairly sure one has never been used in the commission of a crime.
