These were Iraq airstrikes directed by the Russians behind the back of the American airforce (they were not trusting Obama). After this the AF general flew to Iraq and basically threatened the Iraqis over their partnership with Russia.
By overthrowing Qaddafi, Clinton made Libya part of the Caliphate.
