The House overwhelmingly passed legislation on Tuesday (407 to 19) that would overhaul the federal visa waiver program and bar those from Iraq, Syria, Iran and the Sudan, or those who have visited those countries in the last five years, from traveling to the United States without a visa.
Action on the proposal comes in response to the recent attacks in Paris from ISIS operatives, and the shooting in California by a couple that expressed support for the terror group on social media.
"This will help neutralize the threat from foreign terrorists entering our country," House Speaker Paul Ryan said on Tuesday.

They seem to have omitted Tunisia, Somalia, Malaysia, Indonesia, Brunei, and southern Philippines, among several others.
Then they can pass things from then on without Dingy Harry stopping it.
Better include Germany, France, Belgium and Great Britain too.
And Pakistan, Yemen, Indonesia, and Turkey
.....and not Syria??
Anyone Muslim from those countries, of course.
A step in the right direction. Logical, to the point, effective. I sometimes believe the government wants to keep us in a state of fear so they can control us, they want us living like the Israelis must live which is in a state of permanent unease and paranoia, in order to punish us for being Americans who have benefitted from too much prosperity in the world’s lottery.
The Muslims have contaminated any and every country they have infiltrated/invaded.

Michael Medved and Dennis Prager were spewing against Trump today and it was starting to annoy me. I think we should ramp down the righteous indignation and try instead to protect the well-being and safety of the tax-paying citizens in this country. This is why we have a government, to protect our citizens, not to open our borders to the world. Sorry if that offends somebody.
NOT enough...what about Somalia....and other hell holes? How about we pass a law that allows majority Christians in????

Paul Ryan, the voters who are asking for sanity in this whole immigration mess are loyal American citizens. I’m asking you to protect us, not insult us. I don’t believe the government gives a crap about my health and safety when they knowingly admits a flood of people who are not properly vetted. They know they’re not vetting them. They think we’re stupid airheads who don’t know what’s going on. It’s insulting.
There you have it.
I guess that means there are 19 muslims in the house of representatives.
