Why Trump is morally, constitutionally, and legally right about Muslim immigration [VANITY]

Even if you think Donald Trump is a blind squirrel, remember that even a blind squirrel can often stumble over a nut.

Let me be as blunt as I can possibly be:

The idea that the Constitution prevents us from barring entry to this country of those who are committed to our subjugation or annihilation is just plain stupid. Those promulgating this view are at best dangerous ignoramuses.

If the Constitution was really such a suicide pact it would itself automatically be illegitimate. The God-given, unalienable right to self-protection is the first part of the natural law, which precedes and supersedes all man-made laws and constitutions.

Not only do we have NO moral or constitutional obligation to admit Islamists to our country, it is specifically against the law to do so:

~ The Immigration and Nationality Act passed June 27, 1952 revised the laws relating to immigration, naturalization, and nationality for the United States. That act, which became Public Law 414, established both the law and the intent of Congress regarding the immigration of Aliens to the US and remains in effect today. Among the many issues it covers, one in particular, found in Chapter 2 Section 212, is the prohibition of entry to the US if the Alien belongs to an organization seeking to overthrow the government of the United States by "force, violence, or other unconstitutional means." ~

Islam is by its very nature hostile to our country, its people, and to our republican principles. Its object is to subjugate or, if necessary, annihilate us, by "force, violence, or other unconstitutional means."

One other thing: The President of the United States already has sufficient statutory authority to stop Muslim immigration cold.

U.S. Law:

Suspension of entry or imposition of restrictions by President

"Whenever the President finds that the entry of any aliens or of any class of aliens into the United States would be detrimental to the interests of the United States, he may by proclamation, and for such period as he shall deem necessary, suspend the entry of all aliens or any class of aliens as immigrants or nonimmigrants, or impose on the entry of aliens any restrictions he may deem to be appropriate."

He has plenty of business deals with Muslims. He has never suggested that all Muslims interaction be cut off. However he is right in that we need to get the importing of Islam under control. We don’t need even more little Mecca’s throughout America where they just wait patiently having large numbers of children till they have enough political clout to implement sharia.

I remember when they screened people coming over for contagious diseases like aids to protect our citizens. Now we have diseases again that we had just about wiped out from the illegals and people with aids are welcomed.

Naturalized citizens can also have their citizenship revoked. The revocation process should be used against those who travel to join ISIS or whatever organization they are joining. It should also be used to revoke the citizenship of supporters and sympathizers here in the US who have been naturalized.

A person is subject to revocation of naturalization if the person becomes a member of, or affiliated with, the Communist party, other totalitarian party, or terrorist organization within five years of his or her naturalization. [6] In general, a person who is involved with such organizations cannot establish the naturalization requirements of having an attachment to the Constitution and of being well-disposed to the good order and happiness of the United States. [7]

The biggest problem we face is inability to comprehend even the simplest issue. This is not happenstance, it is intentional. Every issue is DEFINED by the establishment media. We therefore always argue within the parameters that they define. Hence we get stupid stuff like, “Hey, immigrants/foreigners have a RIGHT to walk in the front door. It’s in the Constitution!”

The things that REALLY threaten us are therefore OUT OF OUR CONTROL... so we argue legalisms.

WAKE UP NEO! You are in a matrix constructed daily to keep your notions of safety, freedom, and culture CONTROLLED.

WE ARE AT WAR. Trump is the only one who has stared this reality in the eyes and has not bowed to the politically correct meme.

The Constitution covers citizens, not the entire world.

It also provides freedoms, but only if we don’t infringe on others’ freedoms - like murdering others or belonging to an organization that advocates doing so.

good points EV. anyone who’s taken the time to read enough of the koran and sharia law, should also be able to conclude that it is impossible to swear an oath to faithfully uphold the tenets of islam and the us constitution, simultaneously. they are incompatible.
