Congress wouldn't make a law that Muslims could not freely exercise their religion - in their own countries.

Which is why it is necessary to have Islam declared a non-religion. It is a socio-political system incompatible with freedom disguised as a religion, and should not be protected under the first amendment.

Running into those issues would be a good thing. We are long overdue on establishing a legal test for what a religion is.
If you can’t commit apostasy for fear of losing your life, it’s a gang, or an army, depending on how big the group is.
Jefferson established the test in the Federalist Papers: “It neither BREAKS MY BACK (harms me physically), or “PICKS MY POCKET” (harms me financially or economically) what another man believes.”
With calling for the death of infidels and charging those that surrender a tax, Islam fails the test.
As such, they don’t deserve 1A protection.
Further, by calling for the death of unbelievers, and compelling submission from those who would surrender, they constitute another government, complete with their own system of justice (Sharia). That’s illegal in the US.
So, let’s suit up and start shutting down mosques, today. No problems with 1A. Anybody assisting those plotting against the US is guilty of criminal conspiracy to commit Treason, as well.
As such, if you practice whatever BS mohammedan pedophile worship Islam is and you want to go on worshipping it, then you are going to have to start taking an editing pen to the Quran and come back when you’ve decided everyone involved gets to keep their heads about them.
If and when islam reforms, it can rejoin the world as a legitimate religion. Right now, islam is not a religion.

As long as he’s not calling for an outlawing of Islam in America it wouldn’t be a 1st Amendment issue.

I’m not planning on voting for Trump, but from a Constitutional standpoint, he’s in the clear on this one.

Didn’t realize that foreigners have a right to enter the country, or that there are limitations on who we can exclude.
I could CARE LESS what justification is used to deny people entry, they have NO RIGHT to come here, for any reason. It is TOTALLY up to the government as to who comes in, and unless you can show me how restricting immigration of Muslims (or Jews, or any other group) somehow violates freedom of religion in this country, I’ll support Trump.
