Authorities are responding to a report of 20 victims in a shooting in San Bernardino on Wednesday.
The incident was reported in the 1300 block of S. Waterman Avenue (map), according to the San Bernardino Fire Department.

Dispatcher just read the perp description out: “3 males, unknown race”
“Ran the guy something like last week”
Probably this is the LAPD having checked one of the suspects.

I have an autistic step-son, and we worked with Regional Center for years when we lived in L.A. They are a good outfit... helped him find jobs, and they have job coaches to help with issues when they come up.
They are stupid, so maybe they attacked the wrong building?
Also just heard on scanner that “guy was called in last week, thought your Intel might want to know”. (Paraphrased). Not sure this was sure directed at suspects, just caught it.
I will confirm your evaluation. In a former career I have been to that center many times. It would be interesting to know how the assailants got through the security doors in the receptionist area. Everything is behind glass and locked doors. That is the office area. There are large conference - auditorium rooms across from the office complex. There are three large buildings in the complex. Classrooms, medical exam rooms, intake rooms, waiting rooms. It is a large complex.
Explosions prior to gunfire started.
Woman inside saw one person. Looked like a sheriff in terms of dress.
Explosions, then opened fire.
This from a caller on KFI who talked to his sister or friend inside when it happened.
Believed a possible explosive device is still in the building.
