Authorities are responding to a report of 20 victims in a shooting in San Bernardino on Wednesday.
The incident was reported in the 1300 block of S. Waterman Avenue (map), according to the San Bernardino Fire Department.

Remember the guy whose daughter was killed in Sandy Hook, her name was Emily..he went on TV and had the biggest smile on his face but as soon as he knew he was on camera he started shedding the tears, this cop reminds me of that guy

Fox now reporting that there is some doubt that the shooter was the same one involved in the office argument. That would be an amazing coincidence.

...... These perps had all of their equipment and gear ready to go so there is no way this was a spur of the moment event.
...... At this point it is beginning to appear that this guy was part of some kind of inserted cell and either jumped the gun or decided on his own that he had found his target then quickly deployed the others into some type of predetermined action.

I zoomed in on an image of the SUV posted here on FR and the person lying on their back on the freeway appears to be a dark-skinned woman.

I wonder if the office was a secured, with locks facility. If so, this guy in the office may have needed a diversion like a staged argument to let the outside shooters inside. I am betting that’s the scenario.
