Authorities are responding to a report of 20 victims in a shooting in San Bernardino on Wednesday.
The incident was reported in the 1300 block of S. Waterman Avenue (map), according to the San Bernardino Fire Department.

As many as three people opened fire at a center for people with developmental disabilities in San Bernardino, Calif., on Wednesday, killing at least 14 people and injuring 14 others in what the city’s police chief described as an act of domestic terrorism.
Do we still believe that Obama is just incompetent or stupid? I think he’s cunning, calculating and the MSM is complicit in going along with him.
That narrows the possible outcomes to militia (motive unsure) or terrorism...or Obama and his gun control agenda gone mad.
Two things have NOT been mentioned, it may have all started because of an offensive video that was put on the Internet, AND, the El Chapo Guzmans men which could be entrenched in San Bernadino some territory battles to score and settle come accounts.
They are clearing the building room-by-room.
They must have checked the video monitors by now. So they should know for sure what type vehicle it was, and a have a better description of the perps than they are providing. It would be hard to believe they didn’t have cameras there. Damn near every place does these days.

Health Department makes me think either a disgruntled employee, or maybe someone caught something from someone that he thinks he should have been warned about. Bizarre, in any case. I think we're seeing the plot outline for a half-dozen of the TV cop shows next year, plus a full length feature film.

Local ISIS or Islamic Fundamentalist sympathizers have been called on by the Caliphate to attack.
They are not using a play book or a strategy guide. They will attack whenever and wherever they can.
For that matter, neither will the actual core groups. If they think they can get a good target of opportunity lick in...they will do it.
