wo African-American pastorsââone of whom attended Donald Trumpâs meeting earlier todayââclashed on CNN tonight over whether anything was actually accomplished from that meeting. And things got pretty personal.
Pastor James Davis, who attended the meeting and is supporting Trump, said he didnât feel pandered to. Reverend Jamal Bryant responded by telling Erin Burnett that Davis is a âpawn.â
After going through all the reasons he canât support Trump, Davis hit back and brought up how Bryant called him and all the pastors in the room âprostitutes.â
Bryant said, âI want to apologize, because prostitutes get money. And the 100 that went in there walked away with nothing, they did it for free.â
He even added, âSo thereâs another word for that, and I would not use that language on a family channel.â Bryant believes that the black pastors who attended are being exploited by Trump.

Democrats don’t like it when black people leave their plantation.
Bryant, a scumbag tool of the scumbag left.
Are there still airliners and ships travelling to Africa from this country?
Sadly, most blacks on that plantation are not savvy enough to know where they are and how they are continually manipulated.
Liberals always talk about how much they care about blacks but behind the scenes they call blacks the N word Ive seen it happen many many times. They laugh at how stupid blacks are for supporting the Democrat Party and that they “Own them for life” just throw them some freebies, welfare, food stamps, and of course free abortions and they own them for life
What I want to see is how the Dems will react if these pastors start talking from the pulpit about how Trump will be good for the US. I’ll bet that they demand the church’s tax exempt gets pulled.
Conservatives on the other hand want black people to be happy and successful and off the government dole so they can leave the ghettos.
The mistake Trump made was announcing this BEFORE the meeting took place. The second he announced it the leftists went after these pastors probably threatened them to ensure that they don’t endorse Trump. Leftists know how to blackmail people, especially black people, if you don’t stay on the Dem plantation your whole life gets destroyed
I remember at a party up in Boston how all these liberals were telling each other how great they were, and how tolerant they were. Two hours later and a few drinks the N word was coming out of their mouths, the racist jokes were coming out..
Democrats know they own blacks..not all of them many of them have woken up(Just ask the family of Jamiel Shaw, he supports Trump, his straight A student son was murdered by an illegal alien) do Democrats care about his son, did his black life matter, of course not, because he was killed by an illegal alien, Democrats voting base so they can afford to lose some blacks here and there, just like with Muslims..Democrats support Muslims not just because Muslims vote Democrat, but because Muslims share a bond with Democrats, they both despise America
Do not step off that plantation porch.
“Conservatives on the other hand want black people to be happy and successful and off the government dole so they can leave the ghettos.”
I used to believe that most “conservatives” did feel this way....I know I do and I am staunchly a social/moral conservative.
However, lately I am starting to think that the vast majority (not all of course) of “conservatives” just want to see “black people” or any other kind to be “off the government dole”, they really could care less if they ever become “happy and successful” so they “can leave the ghettos.” I’m seeing a great many (not all of course) “fiscal” conservatives that only care about cutting costs.....it isn’t about “helping” anyone get out of the ghetto. It is noble sounding talk, but it isn’t genuine. In many ways it is as bad as the liberal Dems that use the welfare state to keep “Blacks” in ghettos and voting for Dems.
Now are there a bunch of lazy bums living off the government (and for generations)....most certainly. Should this be allowed to continue...no because we shouldn’t subsidize laziness. However, how many conservatives really want to see them “happy and successful” in that it would require jobs that aren’t there and those few that would never pay enough to make anyone “happy and successful.”
I think more self professed “conservatives” should just admit they don’t want to subsidize the nonworking poor, and stop with the rhetoric about “helping” them get out of the ghetto. It isn’t true.
Typical lib. Can’t do anything out of the goodness of their heart. Has to be something in it for them.
I saw the tape of the press conference... it’s impressive.
SO one of the one hundred decided to moan and groan....gives a whole new meaning to the term ‘one percent’
Was James Bryant actually at the meeting or is he just throwing spitballs from the outside? Just curious.
So individual conservatives should do exactly what for these people? Volunteer and go down to the ghetto and show them how use power tools, read books, ...what? It isn't for conservatives or anybody else to spend time on people who don't want to be helped. That has to come from within.
But getting many ghetto residents off the gov. gravy train might force many of them to actually exert some effort as far as studying in school, learning a trade, or presenting themselves to prospective employers as employable workers. If you have no job skills and a lousy attitude, nobody will want to hire you.
DRAMA IN THE CHURCH: Temptation Ended His Marriage, Nearly Destroyed The Ministry Of Pastor Jamal Bryant
a national televangelist since he was 29
“and the whole world had opened up for me in every stage. Iâm preaching in arenas, convention centers, mass â mega churches. I was quickly becoming a household name. So, nothing in my mind ever said, number one, I would ever get caught; number two, that â [chuckles] â my wife would ever leave; number three, that my church would tank out.”
“REV. BRYANT: I stepped, Roland, outside of my marriage and had an extramarital affair that ultimately ended in a divorce to an incredibly wonderful woman â not because anything was flawed in the marriage, or in her; but in my own immaturity for the level that I was getting ready to go into. And when that happened, I think I was one of the first â if not the first â I donât want to take the honor â the first real black pastor to go through being castigated over the Internet. My oldest daughter is 15, and I had to go to Atlanta, where it is that she lives, because a teacher said something sideways to her, and she was absolutely traumatized.”
“lost, like, 17 pounds going through the stress of it. Had to go through therapy for a year [and] watch my ministry really disintegrate in front of my hands while Iâm still trying to salvage what was left of what I was going to do in ministry.”
And Iâll never forget a critical conversation I said to my dad. I said, âDad,â you know, this is it. Thereâs no way Iâm going to resuscitate.â
My father was in Los Angeles at the time, was bishop over that jurisdiction. âDad, you[âve] got to get me a church in California. Get me outta here.â
