Blows to the head are often lethal. Attacks by multiple assailants are considered to be a lethal threat. I think the prosecutor will have a hard time with the first degree murder charge. Jones shots resulted in one dead and three wounded.

In this case, what is usually unspoken but inferred by not being spoken may not be the case. If there had been a racial component, Dean Weingarten is not the sort to keep it quiet, unlike the lamestream media.

Jones wasn’t 21 so I can’t see how he ‘possessed’ a handgun legally. Don’t have a problem with the outcome of the engagement. Shows the stupidity of the handgun 21 years cutoff.
