The gunman suspected of storming a Planned Parenthood clinic and killing a police officer and two others told the officers who arrested him “no more baby parts,’’ after being taken into custody, according to a law enforcement official.
The attack on the clinic was “definitely politically motivated,’’ the official — who has been briefed on the investigation and spoke on condition of anonymity because it is still unfolding — told The Washington Post. NBC News, which first reported the comment attributed to suspect Robert Lewis Dear, said Dear also mentioned President Obama in a range of statements to investigators that left unclear his precise motivation in targeting the clinic.

You’re correct about the stories here in Utah indicating that this began outside the chase Bank. Even the Colorado Gazette, in their timeline from yesterday, that this began outside of the Chase Bank.
The Liberal Nutcases posting on Deseret News are clinging to the false narrative that the two civilians were shot inside the PP clinic, even though the PP spokesperson indicated NO staff or patients were injured! Okay then, who were the victims?
This really does stink!

He shot no one at the PP clinic. PP said all staff and visitors were fine.
While abortion is legal, PP’s operation is far from legal. They violate multiple local and federal laws daily as shown in the videos.

I have asked that question several times and still no answer. The head of PP said her staff was accounted for, so who were the people killed and where were they killed? Why have they not provided that information? And who was supporting this guy? I find it hard to believe he could have held down a job? Was he getting disability? What made him travel to Colorado and how long had he lived there?
So many unanswered questions but they made sure to get “no more baby parts” out there.
I call BS. Law enforcement official could be the woman who files reports and this could be I heard it from Bill who heard it from Ruby who heard it from Mark who heard it from Debbie type statements. You don’t aim a gun away from a building if the people you want to kill are inside.
It could also be that he was asked “You did this because you were mad at PP because you thought they were selling baby parts, right?” I assume that not every police department has skilled interrogators on hand when a suspect is first brought in.
If it is proven through examination of evidence and further statements under official interrogation that he targeted PP because his religious or political views made him believe killing people at PP was justified then yes it would be an act of terrorism by an extremist and possibly a Christian extremist.

I had to look up the word “unmoored”.
We will see who else goes with the Post on this one, but if I were the shooter’s lawyer, I would stick with the current narrative, as a cop killer has no chance.
