According to Russian media, MP Vladimir Zhirinovsky proposed to crush Turkey with a nuclear missile attack, Joinfo.ua reports with the reference to Korrespondent.
"Istanbul is very easy to destroy: it takes just one nuclear bomb to throw in the Strait (Bosphorus - Ed.), and it will be washed away. It would be such a terrible flood, the water column would rise to 10-15 meters, and there would be no city with nine million people," - said the leader of the Liberal Democrats.
According to Zhirinovsky, Turkey's NATO allies will not intervene, "not wanting to die in a nuclear fire."
Zhirinovsky said that at present Turkey is the number one enemy for Russia.
I didn’t realize most of those cities have that many people in them. I gotta get out more I guess......
I doubt they’d want the Hagia Sophia glowing when they re-consecrate it.
while I enjoy dead mussies as much as the next guy
We’ve suggested that several times.
I like spiders mostly unless they’re poisonous. I once
found a spider web upstairs and he had killed a slew of
ants. They were scattered all over the floor. He hadn’t
had time to collect them yet.
- said the leader of the Liberal Democrats, wow! a liberal rat sed this! I could think of other places before turkey
NAh, don’t do that.
Oh, Washington D.C. top of the list. Might be the only thing that could save us.
YEah, that’s what I was thinking.
A cheese moose bit my suster once.
Maybe he should use a neutron bomb instead. That way the buildings and history would be saved...
Surprised he’s still around. He used to taunt Boris Yeltsin.
He’s a strange breed. Like Hitler, he is part Jewish; and yet he hates Israel and all things Jewish. Go figure.
I think Putin likes him. Otherwise, he’d be missing.
Sometimes, a guy like Putin needs a guy like Zhirinovsky to say what he wants to say himself, but shouldn’t.
You know, the way hilary needs Bernie.
When you realize that 85% of Egyptians think the proper punishment for leaving Islam is death, you realize that they are the crazy ones.
Bump
Hey there FRiend ...
Got a spider thing there do ya?
You’ll appreciate this true story from my childhood:
My Dad put some concrete cinder blocks into the rolling terraces of our back yard so my Mom could grow her flowers and vegetables (something she loved to do), and one day she noticed this odd little spider running into one of the open cinder block holes, she shined a flashlight into it and saw a LOT of spiders, soooo,
She got a great big bell mason jar and a yard stick, poked the stick into the cinder block hole, the spiders would run up the stick, she would put the stick into the jar, shake them off, then proceed to the next spider dwelling, by the time she finished, she had collected over 3 dozen of the little bastards, and with the lid tightly affixed, looked them up in our World Book Encyclopedia and discovered they were ALL black widow spiders.
My Dad came home from work and just about had a heart attack. Next day he was up there filling those cinder block holes in with quick setting cement-concrete.
As for the spiders? After about a half gallon of denatured alcohol, they were off to their eternal reward, lol
I hate spiders too. When I see ‘em, I SMASH ‘em.
He is saying what he knows wont happen, as he very well knows that Putin would not do that, even if Turkey was not a member of NATO or was weak. It is just to get attention and to tell the world of Russia’s capability.
...fainted...back up.
yeah, that would pretty much be it for this man’s fat heart.
i’m pretty sure all the spiders in NYC are harmless because of the climate but i’m still terrified.
if there were dangerous ones, i’d walk around in a bio-hazard suit.
Remember the neutron bomb - killed people but left buildings in tact? Well, certainly by now the russkies have stolen that technology, so that should be the weapon of choice.
