It is very unlikely that Bush or Christie or Rubio would win in the general election. They don’t even seem to be able to garner enough votes to show themselves viable. All three are floundering in the polls in their own states. None of them brings any voter excitement to the race.
Running another loser like Ford, GWH Bush (2nd term attempt), Dole, McCain, Romney is not going to give the Republicans the White House — whether it is his turn at the nomination or not.
But, hey, the Republican Party is called the Stupid Party for a reason — they earned it.

Section 5 of the Federal Voting Rights Act
Part I, Article 11 of the New Hampshire Constitution provides, in part, that “[a]ll elections are to be free, and every inhabitant of the State of 18 years of age and upwards shall have an equal right to vote in any election.†To safeguard this constitutional provision, and pursuant to RSA 7:6-c, the Legislature designates the Attorney General to enforce all election laws in New Hampshire.
