I saw it. Rubio put out an ad about Cruz which was played and Cruz was answering what Rubio said on that ad. So, Cruz didn't "go after Rubio" but he had to set the record straight concerning what Rubio said about him on that ad.
Ted is the best. I would love to see him lead the nation.

I guess I’m not the only one who finds Ricky Marco Rubio to be a slimy, untrustworthy politician.

In 2012 I recall thinking Rubio might be the future of Republican Conservatism, and he could have been.
What a disappointing political figure he has turned out to be.
You are right to some extent, but he does not seem to have
Clinton’s political skill and instincts.

Cruz will always defend himself and the values he supports against those who oppose him. Cruz did NOT go after (as in attack) Rubio. Instead, he defended himself and therein lies the difference between the two candidates. The MSM only wants to cause a split among the conservatives.
Cruz is not the old (promise them anything to get elected) candidate conservative but a real conservative the voters can trust will take his values to Washington and keep them once nominated and elected.
I hope the voters can see the difference between Cruz and Rubio, especially in how each react to criticism. But if you don’t vote it doesn’t matter. And the liberals would like to divide and discourage as many of us conservatives from voting as possible.
