While authorities in Ankara have insisted that it shot down the Russian Su-24 bomber after the aircraft entered Turkish airspace, the Russian Defense Ministry has released video proving that the plane never left Syrian airspace.

Good post Marvel...Turkey is known for its false flag operations, especially as it concerns Syria.

Something tells me these latest actions are gonna come around and bite them in a big way.

“Meanwhile. Pentagon cannot confirm (as yet anyway) alleged Russian violation of Turkish airspace. http://fortruss.blogspot.com/2015/11/pentagon-no-proof-downed-russian-su-24.html

Well, as I see it, Russia has one less combat aircraft, which should be viewed as a positive thing! As far as “getting permission,” I doubt that Turkey gives a $hit what Obola & Co, or the Russians think. BTW, If my memory serves me correctly, this is the second Russian plane taken out by Turkey. Russia also lost a helo to ground fire trying to rescue their pilots. Hey Vlad, war is a bitch, remember how you got your asses kicked in Afghanistan? Maybe if it’s snowing in Moscow, you can go outside and stick your a$$ in a snowbank!

soetoro / jarret / soros cabal needs the US, Europe and the ME in flames before the 16 election.

The civil unrest fomented by the WH in the US, a shooting war with Russia, China and Iran over US support of isis and al queda with Israel drawn in and terrorist attacks all over would do the trick.

Yes, a “positive thing,” one less aircraft to pound the Muslim terrorists in your opinion. Not to ruin your day, but Russia has plenty more where that came from.

The Russian armed forces today are a far superior force to that which went into Afghanistan as the Soviet Union crumbled.

By the way, how did Vietnam, Afghanistan, Iraq, Libya, etc. work out for the Americans?

Your grammar betrays you. Your English is correct to a fault.

Try adding some colloquialisms to your writing and maybe add some locally flavored jargon and slang to go along with your legend and then maybe you’ll be more convincing.

See, if you lived in Washington, D.C. then you’d just call it ‘DC’ or ‘The District’ as everyone who lives there does. And they don’t care if anyone else doesn’t understand what ‘DC’ or ‘The District’ means because if they don’t get it then they’re contemptible and not worth the effort.

You’re also missing the mix of language that’s typical of DC. It doesn’t show up in ANY of your recent posts.

Contact your Embassy in DC and ask one of their cultural attachés for some information on DC slang and jargon and then work on it.

Zhelayu udachi,moy droog!

Add ISIS to the mix, and you have four full entities who dislike the Israelis with a passion. Hopefully, Bibi ie watching this situation carefully.

Probably the most paradoxically ironic post of the day. You should get a prize.

Where do you live? I have lived in the DC area since 1975 after graduation from NYU Law School and on Capitol Hill since 2000, near 9th and Mass NE. Would you like to ask me some test questions to prove my bona fides?

I worked at the National Labor Relations Board and was also an official at HUD in the Reagan Administration when Sam Pierce was Secretary.

Meanwhile, you don’t seem to deny that on the issues, Russia and Putin are on the conservative side.

remember how you got your asses kicked in Afghanistan?

We (Reagan)should be ashamed for supporting the headchopping Afghans in Afghanistan with stinger missiles and weapons.

Islamisfication was a much bigger problem than Communism.

Putins Russia is now trying to save your ass despite Obamas interference.>

For some reason, Obama wants to get rid of Asaad. The Russians are really mucking up that idea.

Asaad is a bad guy but I would bet whoever replaces him will be much worse. I know that because whatever Obama wants, is automatically wrong.

FR has a large contingent that still lives in the Cold War. While Putin offends the sissified sensibilities of many Americans, he isn’t trying to recreate the USSR. People who should know say he aspires to be something like Peter the Great by bringing Russia back to true world power status. Some of his aspirations are reasonable and some need to be resisted (Russia needs to stay out of the Baltic countries, for example). But, then, the American government needs to be resisted in some areas, too (for example, spreading acceptance of abortion and the sodomite lifestyle). You are right, too, that Putin is actually good on some issues. But the key point is that is foolish is insisting on seeing Putin and Russia through the lens of the Cold War.

So are you KGB? Are you in Moscow?, St.Petersburg,(Oh I’m sorry, Lenningrad)? It’s really interesting to see that FR has such wide appeal!
So if Russia is so advanced today, why are you not building your own commercial aircraft? Those old IL62’s were real $hit! Maybe you should consider getting your old Ekranoplan’s out of mothballs. Putin is a war criminal who isn’t doing what he’s doing in the ME to foster peace. He’s there to try and pick up some territory and some oil. But thanks to our idiot voters, we still have 13 months before we can hopefully re-join the world. Das vidanya!
