Cruz is not, has not been, and is incredibly not likely to be the front runner. All the wishful thinking in the world will not change this reality.

I like Cruz but he actually does get lost sometimes in his own ideological push. Ideology of course is fine, but I think an ideologue can get so wrapped up in his ideas that he can lose sight of the immediate goal at hand.

God bless Cruz but I don’t think he’ll be the one stealth or no stealth. BUT I do think he could be VP now and subsequently President.

TRUMP/CRUZ!!

Donald Trump, as you might expect, gets more coverage than warranted by his polling.

Trump has been in first place for over 5 months, but doesn't deserve coverage? Another National Review Trump denier. And in fact I see Christie, Kasich and every other loser on Fox these days more than Trump.

Lowry is obsessed with Trump’s nads.

D E L U S I O N A L

Cruz is at 5 to 10% depending on which source you believe.

He is not poised to win the nomination.

I know what my tagline says, but at least I’m rational.

That’s more than can be said for folks who buy into this flight of fantasy.

Ted Cruz gets no respect.

Lowry's word game is cute.

Those, however, who actually are paying attention see what's happening and smile (or shudder if they're Democrats). Stealthy is a wise attribute in this political climate. If we ever learn exactly how wide this stealth campaign reaches, I think there'll be some real surprises.

Right on track.

I keep seeing article after article with this same POV.

God willing, things will continue on track. We badly need a Constitutional conservative and a solid Christian in the White House.

Is there anyone out there who buys this tiresome leftist style propaganda?

Where do you drag this s**t out of Vin?

Trump has been KO'ing everyone on the stage for 6 months, but somehow he does not deserve it?

Maybe you guys should just start strafing America with BS bombs.

Rich Lowry? No. Watch what he does if Cruz ever gets close

The jig is up on the GOP. Everything these guys do and say reflects the fear and disappointment in that fact, the truth means nothing

Rush Limbaugh pegged it when he said Cruz is too conservative for some GOPers. We see it in action on this thread...Cruz has ‘em worried.

Shoot, recently I’ve even seen a few remark that he’s too Christian and his supporters too pious.

Yet Ted rolls on...things are getting interesting!

Rich Lowry dumping Carson for Cruz as the next Not-Trump. They know Cruz is wishy washy on immigration and on TPP. He’s the last gasp of the GOPe that still wants at least some of their goals to pass in order to please their evil Corporate and Globalist overlords.

So much fun to watch the freak-out on these threads of those so invested in their candidate that any perceived threat sends them into a tizzy.

For those of you not in the Lone Star state, I remind you that Ted Cruz was behind Dewhurst by 7 to 10 points in the polls. This was one week before the primary, with the GOP machine trying to take him out.. We all know the result. He is our Senator now. He can do this. He can win. He is still the most conservative candidate in the race, bar none.

And yet he doesn*t really get his due. Why? The political press corps made up its mind about him *too divisive * as soon as he showed up in Washington and has never gotten over its dismissiveness about his campaign.

It's as simple as that.

He is positioned to inherit a percentage of Carson voters. How large the percentage will determine the outcome in Iowa.
