Three new arrests, based on sealed indictment. All three were individuals injured, so didn't "get away." They just weren't arrested on May 17.

Speculation from one of the three who turned himself in that all nine were among the injured, and all nine know they have been indicted.

I don't know which two you are referring to. I am only aware of the 9 not arrested on 5/17 who were indicted by the Grand Jury.

In this thread, Six Month Anniversary of Twin Peaks Shooting [Waco], "Seven of the nine sealed indictments were unsealed by Tuesday." That means seven of nine were arrested/booked. Six of the seven are listed in the indictment(s) as among the injured. The seventh one is "Cory McAlister," but that may be misidentification by the press.
