In this thread, Six Month Anniversary of Twin Peaks Shooting [Waco], "Seven of the nine sealed indictments were unsealed by Tuesday." That means seven of nine were arrested/booked. Six of the seven are listed in the indictment(s) as among the injured. The seventh one is "Cory McAlister," but that may be misidentification by the press.
"A McLennan County grand jury is scheduled to meet again Wednesday but is not expected to take up the 80 cases that remain from the Twin Peaks shootout."
From link in 14, Tommy Whitherspoon reports. If it plays out this way, the six month elapsed time changes their status. Right?
