Our military has the resources to shatter ISIS, but political correctness has penetrated so deep into the Pentagon that, even should a president issue the one-word order, âWin!,â our initial actions would be cautious and halting. Weâve bred a generation of military leaders afraid of being prosecuted by their own government for the kind of errors inevitable in wartime. Instead of âleaning forward in the foxhole,â our leaders lean on lawyers.
If lawyers had had to approve our World War II target lists, we couldnât have won. War is never clean or easy, and the strictures imposed on our military today just protect our enemies. Collateral damage and civilian casualties are part of combat and always will be. The most humane approach is to pile on fast and win decisively â which results in far less suffering than the sort of protracted agony we see in Syria.
The generals who won World War II would start by leveling Raqqa, the ISIS caliphateâs capital. Civilians would die, but those remaining in Raqqa have embraced ISIS, as Germans did Hitler. The jihadis must be crushed. Start with their âBerlin.â
Kill ten thousand, save a million.
Unthinkable? Fine. We lose.
And the jihadis? Theyâll always have Paris.

Russia and France are about to show the free phone guy how leadership is done.
POS Obama’s plan all along was to give them time to grow. Anyone who still thinks POS Obama is incompetent is a fool.
Agreed. It was the perfect time-buying plan. Make it look like you’re attacking, thus fooling the people into thinking you’re concerned and doing something. Make some minimal efforts while the enemy expands, and assure them again and again that they don’t have to worry about US troops being on the ground.
One thing for sure, he IS transparent.
Obama loves isis. He wanted to be their air force.
Mayor guiliani was on hannity last night sed it best, “ISIS is a product of the obama and his administration” he created a vaccum
That was the idea from the get-go. To completely destabilize the situation so that his comrades can step in and take over.
Why would the evil bastard destroy isis... since they are instrumental in flooding millions of ârefugeesâ into the west under the pretense of humanitarianism.
It will become clear that Obama had no intention of defeating ISIS.
Yep. He is not incompetent, or inept, or stupid. He is smart and knows exactly what he is doing. Greater effort to go after his records should have been employed, however we have a weak GOP that would rather sell out the country.

Exactly right.
And he has done this from day one. He sees a problem or creates a problem, makes it worse, leaves it alone without addressing it or trying to fix it, goes on to something else and repeats the process. One big vicious circle.
Cloward-Priven is the name of his game.
What bothers me more than anything is how so many can still not see how very bad he is. They can’t even see that there is even a little something not right or normal about him.
Anyone with any discernment should recognize that he is not a good person, at a minimum. He is pure evil and has no soul.
George Bush and Dick Cheney had all the goods on him from when he was running in the primaries. They had the intelligence on him.
Why does everyone pretend Obama is not in league with Isis? It’s no mistake that he allowed them to train, grow and commit genocide. He wanted them in place to fight Assad. Same with McStupid and his girlfriend Ms. Lindsay. Massive death, torture and all Isis does, that does not affect Obama like it does a normal person.
I often agree with Peters when he expresses his opinions on FNC and he is becoming more vociferous about his total disagreement with Obama and the Pentagon lately.
