He’s on the board with Bernie Sanders saying that the militant Islamists are driven to their actions because of Global Climate Change. It may take centuries to turn this boat, but Obama will put in place programs NOW that will EVENTUALLY make things get better for all people even if we aren’t alive in 5, 25, 100, 150 years to see it.

Exactly. He's been weak on ISIS intentionally so that his Russian comrades have an excuse to move in and ultimately take control of the region. This in addition to their simultaneous attempt at retaking Eastern Europe. Both Putin and Obama want a return of the Soviet Union, or something similar to it.
