I'd prefer a multi-front attack. On their side (Muzzie neighborhoods), sinking all refugee boats (don't even try getting to the West) in the Med, and as many North African sites you can muster (Libya, Lebanon, Syria, etc.) Do you know that the US doesn't have an aircraft carrier in the Med for the 1st time in a long time?

Not very effective to close the barn door after the cows are out. Use martial law to redefine Islam as not a religion but a violent invasion, and close the mosques. Refuse immigrants.
