According to the comments on that blawg, that video is from 2009 when Pakistan won some sort of World Cup soccer thingy. Someone also posted in the comments a picture taken yesterday in London with COMPLETELY different weather, as in it was raining - yet the video at that link of the Mooslimbs celebrating is on a sunny afternoon.
It is the peaceniks of Europe that turned guns to butter so that the great socialist experiment would boost big government and the power of an elite class.

The video looks more like they are celebrating a soccer or cricket victory to me. I don’t think it is connected to the terrorist attack at all.
No angry intensity, no old bearded ringleaders, no uncomfortable Westerners watching with concern.

Soft socialism killed Europe (and is killing America)
Socialism is a pyramid scheme. A cradle to grave care requires a lot of money, which means a lot of new people to support those above them.
Add into the mix “woman’s rights to abortion” and you remove a lot of potential workers. So, to replace the citizens murder in the womb, you import third world labor. Unfortunately, the third world labor does not share any of your values, and if fact hate everything about you.
So rather than being part of a solution, they are the infection that will kill your society.
America has gone down the same path as Europe. The reason both parties not only tolerate but encourage illegal aliens is that they need to replace the millions of Americans that were aborted in the womb. Otherwise Social Security would have collapsed by now.
There will be more blood in the streets before this is all over.
The world changed completely after WWI, the same will be said at the end of the next war. We will not recognize the world as it will become all because we allowed politicians to buy our votes with our money, and promised us things that were impossible to deliver for the long term.
