That right there is hilarious.
That makes two of us. CHF. Ugh.
Is there any shred of journalistic impartiality left????
We will not be buying any more Campbell’s products for this house. Thanks for the post.
Liberals’ hearts bleed for children except when they don’t bleed, I guess.
Crocodile tears.
Methinks Meemaw is a little dense. The ad was saying the potpourri smells like Meemaw and not that Meemaw smells bad.
They assume that everyone who staunchly disagrees with them is motivated by mental illness or hate.
This allows them to dismiss any disagreement as irrational as well as smear the dissenter as crazy. “I don’t have to listen to it - he’s not rational in his reasons!”
Conversely, they assume all evil is due to:
A. ignorance (not taught or not taught right)
B. stupidity (no smart person will not fail to follow our rules, ditto that people who don’t convert to liberalism can be written off as stupid)
They cannot comprehend that alternative political views or evil can be a rational, intelligent disregard of societal rules.
The tragedy of that inability to admit that intelligent, logical people can choose to commit violent, immoral acts per a methodical plan is that they can’t cope with it. They then have to have a hundred excuses from poverty to ignorance to mental illness to explain what is none of the above.
The second half of the tragedy is that because liberalism has denied the existence of logical, intelligent counter-views, they conflate the small group of psychopaths and sociopaths with people who don’t share their views of the moment on a hundred topics.
If all evil is due to mental illness/ignorance/stupidity as is all dissenting views, of course those with opposing views can be lumped in with the truly evil.
Excellent point.
Campbell’s went all Warhol years ago.
Progresso is named for liberal politics.
The late actor Michael Landon once said he worked at a Campbell’s Soup factory before he became famous, and because of that, he would never eat the stuff. I haven’t eaten Campbell’s Soup since then.
I don’t understand why companies have to show gay couples in their commercials. Why can’t they just be neutral? Show a parent and child enjoying the soup, and just don’t show or mention whether the parent is married to a same- or opposite-sex person. But no...they have to kiss up to two percent of the population while offending millions more! It makes no sense.
Progresso is named for liberal politics.

Looks like I am going to have to give up soup all together.
This may be a lie, and if so, it is a setup and every aspect is only meant to sway the reader in a certain direction.
Towards the end, it is asked how has any homosexual affected this woman’s life. I used to think live and let live, that what these people did in the privacy of their own bedroom was their own business. But no more. For now I know why God forbid this repulsive sin.
Too often people want and then demand approval that I cannot give. As we see with this very article, once homosexuality achieves a certain level of acceptance in society, people who know what a sin it is become the enemy of society. Restoring godly morality becomes nearly impossible. God cannot bless such a people and indeed when the level of sin gets too great, God may even punish the society, as is recorded in Scripture.
People who do not have a sensitivity to flavor enhancers can't seem to believe what happens to us when we eat them.
I guess the figure that one per cent of the population will buy more soup and their profits will soar. (sarc)
I agree with Jessica.
I haven’t purchased Campbells soup in eons.
Serves them right.
I’ll make my own soup, thank you.
I can remember as a small child that Campbell’s sponsored ‘’Lassie’’ on CBS.
Bfl
Why did G-d forbid it?
