Brilliant argument! The same argument that could be made for Obumble. Just because so many people support a candidate doesn’t mean he’s the best person for the job.
IMHO, the “right” (using the term loosely because Trump Toadies know they’re supporting a progressive) has its own version of LIVs. It’s not so much that they’re LIVs; it’s more that they want their little ears tickled and Donny’s more than happy to do that for them.
I haven’t seen such a destructive force on the Republican side since I’ve been actively involved in politics. Trump Toadies have savagely dissed some venerable conservatives on this site because they have taken issue with something Trump said or did. I’m seeing the same kind of adoration that I saw toward Obumble when people were fainting and hyperventilating. This Trump mania is unnatural. And scary as hell.

Hey, stop accusing me of being Brilliant! I am just a average Joe-6-pack, and simply stating facts. Which in this case is, Trump is out-polling Cruz by huge margins. Normally I would be skeptical of an outsider with no previous experience in elected office.
However I do not consider we are in normal times. 11-15-30 million (no one knows for sure exact number) Illegals if allowed to remain in country, will finish off all conservative agenda for next 100 years. Cruz wants to bring them out of the shadows and give them legal status. Then next democrat president can award them citizenship for humane reasons.

On the live debate thread from last week, someone went off into a quasi-religious state of ecstasy, calling him an improvement on all of the great commanders of the world, better than Napoleon, Caesar, and Washington, and as modest and pure as a virgin (yes, you're reading that right).
But the absolute worst came last night, when a Trump supporter posted that the murders in France would be good for Trump...and she finished off her post with a smiley face.
