Police officials in France say there has been an explosion in a bar near a Paris stadium and a shootout in a Paris restaurant.

Faith65 had actually passed that link to that video earlier tonight because I had meant to send it to a coworker on Thursday but forgot. I read the news when I got home today... and because that same coworker's daughter lives in Paris, I wanted to send it, but couldn't find it.

Anyways, re: your daughter...I am pleased (shocked actually) that any teenaged girl would care about much more than yoga pants, riding boots, vinyassa scarves, and quinoa. Consider her interest in the greater world around her as validation that you did a fantastic job raising her.

At a friend’s house earlier this evening when he got a message from the head of the local dems passing along a message from the DNC to all office holders, candidates, and potential candidates with social media accounts to “go dark.” Message was titled “Paris.” Interesting.
