Migrant summit in chaos as African countries REFUSE to take back Europe's failed asylum seekers

The European Union has been forced to drop controversial plans to deport failed asylum seekers who do not have passports after African countries blocked the move.

European leaders offered more than £1billion aid in a bid to persuade their African counterparts to take back tens of thousands of illegal migrants.

But a migration summit in Valletta, Malta, descended into farce after the Africans rejected the EU plan to expel those who do not qualify for asylum using special papers.

The ‘laissez passer’ travel documents issued to Africans without identification are aimed at easing their return back to countries they left or travelled through.

Under the proposal, EU countries would decide where a person without a passport has come from in Africa and issue the papers in lieu of a passport.

Many people arrive in Europe without identity papers with some falsely claiming to be Syrians or Iraqis in order to increase their chances of being granted asylum.

Draft conclusions for the summit of EU and African leaders written earlier this week showed it was planned they would agree to ‘enhance recognition of the EU

Temporary border controls to help manage the flow of migrants into Sweden were reinstated, at 12:00 CET as the country emulated recent moves by Germany and Austria. People arriving to Sweden will need to have a passport or some other form of identity card, Home Affairs Minister Anders Ygeman said.

But last night it emerged that this would not be in the final conclusions when they are adopted today. A leaked copy of document handed to the Mail showed the line had been removed.

David Cameron last night announced the UK will use £200 million of aid money to help African countries tackle the migrant crisis.

The Government will provide £125 million to Ethiopia,

This is kinda simple. You live in an African nation which refuses to take back failed asylum seekers....you are black-listed and can’t enter the EU....in any status (as a tourist, national leader, business man, etc). Shut down air operations from the EU to that country, and let them know that things will be kinda harsh.

70 years ago, Europe loved us for staying, rebuilding their countries, and protecting them from the Russians, after they TOTALLY SCREWED UP by starting WW2.

Now they have TOTALLY SCREWED UP, yet again, and will be starting WW3...and yet again, the good guys are disarmed and unable to fight.

So what to do? I predict they will now be forced to INVITE RUSSIA IN to do the necessary dirty work. It’s either that or submitting to ISIS rule, as they’ve now closed out the remaining options.

With all of this global warming, there is plenty of open land in Greenland ripe for homesteading.

I'm not confident that the EU elite want to save European countries, they're in it for total domination. What I could see is the countries of Eastern Europe and Greece (if they can get rid of their bought and paid for politicians) turning to Russia.

We've been predicting all along that Turkey being in NATO would be a mess that can't be unraveled. How will the EU be able to defend itself? They have two choices....either kick Turkey out of NATO or accept their futures as Muslim countries.

Yikes....what a mess.

Why offer aid? Threaten to CUT OFF all aid, along with a tariff on all goods imported from those nations, and a ban on new visas for those nations, until they comply.

that is exactly what a President Trump would do.

Agree, Step 1 is kicking out their present leaders. Step 2 is inviting the Russians in. I don’t even think Turkey matters now, the invasion is happening despite them not being in.

The refugee crisis isn't intended to be stopped by any leadership, regardless of the public outcry........the intentions are simply to 'manage the flow' from the EU's perspective. The nations they're coming from see it as means to gain monetary and political advantage for their already severely corrupt leaderships. Which is why Africa will never be truly developed...rather it will be robbed of it's resources with very little benefiting the people themselves. All the revenues sent to those nations is first skimmed off so the leadership at all levels who spread that wealth among theselves can do this....

Just send them back to the country they claim they are from. Let them and that country sort it out when they get "home".

If "home" is claimed as Syria (and it really isn't), then all the better. I'm sure either Assad or ISIS will know how to properly "process" them.
