November 12, 2015: GOP Presidential candidate and front-runner Donald Trump gave what might have been his best speech to date to a crowd of thousands in Fort Dodge, IA. He blasted his opponents, especially Ben Carson, who he repeatedly mocked and spoke about for 9 minutes.
He went on and on and on about Carson man.

As usual Trump has his facts in a row, and Carson has to be called out. Mushy Iowans have to be challenged.

No. He states that Carson’s admission of pathological anger is like any pathological disease, E.g. Child molestation is another example of pathological disease.

Those big five syllable words seem to confuse a lot of people here. As do analogies.
Trump did not compare Carson to a child molester; rather he was providing the explanation of how pathological behavior is impossible to cure - as in the case of one who is a child molester - there is a subtle difference in his argument.
There is a poll out there of Democrats - Who do they fear the most in a challenge against Hillary? Trump tops the list at 32% (BTW, that is nearly the same percentage of his support among voters) Cruz is at 2% That begs the question of what is it that the Dems know about Cruz that only 2% fear a head to head match up against Clinton?

Carson was using that word as an expression not the literal suggestion of a pathological disease. Not that Trump is medically qualified to opine on the subject in any case.

MenSeekingMen have been burying any mention of Cruz for about 18 months now, and RATS don’t study offerings that aren’t on the menu, hell, nobody does. This is good. After the holidays, the bullets can start flying in earnest.
That isn't the issue or what happened. Trump just repeated what Mr. Carson said in his own book. And based on Carson's past questionable behavior/background, I would think bringing it up is just what is needed at this point in the game.

“You’ll have to ask him that question. Look, I hope he’s fine because I think it would be a shame. What he’s saying is these things happen. It’d be nice if he said none of these things did happen. He’s saying these things happen and therefore I have credibility. And what I’m saying is, I’d rather have them if they didn’t happen. I don’t want somebody who hit somebody in the face with a padlock.”
