Thursday, Republican presidential candidate Jeb Bush criticized his rival Donald Trump's plan to deport 12 million illegal immigrants living in the United States, saying their legal right to "due process" would make Trump's plan "not possible."

That’s why Trump wants a deportation department. Find them, try them immediately, and if necessary deport them right there and then. You just need enough personnel to get the job done quickly.

Jeb’s version of ‘due process’ is giving them citizenship, and it is VERY DIFFICULT to deport citizens.
So Jeb HAS A POINT, at least in his little world.
The Wall needs to be a well patrolled, well built, “double fence”.
The issue I have with “high-tech” surveillance, is that it has 2 off switches.
1 is electrical, the other is funding.
Both vulnerable to following administrations.
I wasn’t suggesting that we rely solely on high-tech surveillance just that we use it. The ‘what ifs’ of the future can be dealt with in the future.

THAT IS THE KEY POINT. Trump will GET IT DONE. It may be a bit messy, with courts acting in concert with Dems, but Trump, no doubt, will consider their OPINIONS, and take them into advisement.
But the difference is that Trump WILL NOT accede to them and simply give up if they overstep, as most Republicans, even conservative Republicans, would do.
The BALANCE OF POWERS will be restored under Trump. The judges may not like it, but if the judges feel so strongly about their importance, the they can RUN FOR OFFICE.
Something else worth keeping in mind, Americans don’t have to worry about being deported. Jail, prison maybe but yeah, Jeb seems to say that wetbacks `should receive all the same privileges and immunities as Americans, suggesting, hey, we can’t be thrown out, neither can they .. ‘ blah blah.
Absolute horse-feathers. The only reason they aren’t being tossed out now is the illegal alien in the WH won’t do his job.
As chief executive he took an oath to faithfully execute the duties of his office.
The federal government’s main reason for creation and being is to save the several states from invasion; an irony is that one of our most influential Anti-Federalists, Thomas Jefferson, made the central government stronger by enlarging our Navy and Marines so we could deal with the threat to our merchant ships by Barbary pirates. We got tired of paying tribute and Jefferson even attempted to assuage the Musselmen by trying to assure them that we were not a christian nation. Like it or not, it’s fact.
Now we’ve got the `Ottomans’ revenge’: an Arab pirate running our nation into the ground by filling us with sullen, resentful, welfare-seeking, aged, infirm useless eaters who depend on this country for their bread and board, but maintain their loyalty to another country or religion by always describing themselves with “American” always preceded by a hyphen, and their pre-existing loyalty always comes first.

The minimum thing one needs to make a thing possible is will. From the last debate we know who has that will and who doesn’t. Yen, Marco, and Kasich. Carson, definitely don’t.
These dumb shits do not consider that if you institute E-Verify to keep illegals from employment and deny them the give-aways that are supposed to be for citizens, self-deportation will occur.

Bush, the lying GOPe amnesty pimp, is a total loser. Abide by the constitution. Enforce the law. Build the wall. Secure the borders. Immediately arrest and deport the border jumpers. Fine or jail any employers knowingly hiring/harboring illegal aliens. Deny ALL government handouts to illegal aliens. No sanctuary cities, no jobs, no welfare, no social security, no bank accounts, no healthcare, no bennies, no prospects, etc, they’ll go home. Arrest and immediately deport any illegal alien caught committing crimes.
What due process? They broke the cotton picking law getting here. Kick them all out. The sooner the better.
