It is an anti-U.S. Sovereignty bill, just like the other phony trade deals.
Wrong. Trump was specifically talking about China on that particular point.
TPP discussed as well as China pegging their currency to the US dollar.
Paul confused, conflated it into one and the same.

The question of "rules of origin" for auto parts had been a stumbling block in discussions on the Trans-Pacific Partnership until the end of September, when Mexican and Canadian negotiators appeared to relent and allow the majority of a vehicle's parts to be sourced from outside the 12 countries that are parties to the regional trade deal. Those negotiators ultimately aimed for 45 percent of auto parts to be bought locally, while Japanese negotiators had sought a 32.5 percent floor for local parts, Reuters reported. Because the final text of the deal has not been published, the ultimate percentage remains unclear. But either option would allow for the majority of a vehicle's components to be sourced from outside TPP countries.
Trans-Pacific Partnership Winners: Toyota, Japanese Automakers Could Still Use Mostly Chinese Car Parts While Enjoying Reduced Tariffs Under TPP
No one knows the specifics of the TPP.
No one in Congress.
Not lazy @ss Obama.
Not even John Kerry.
The author states that the person who claims that TPP was their greatest achievement, Hillary Clinton, has now come against it for “political” reasons.
The author also does not state that China COULD become a part of the agreement at any time, they are in no way locked out of it.
If the idiots in DC could not be bothered to read a 2,000 page Obamacare bill, they sure as heck did not read this 6,000 page bill.
Although Paul is technically correct, it is a myopic point that has no bearing on the big picture.
For Trump, and for many of his supporters, knowledge and facts are not all that important. Trump will hire people who know the things he doesn’t know. It should be helpful for the economy and lower our unemployment rate.
There were many critical things Trump could have said about the 1,000 page agreement. What he chose to focused on, the absence of any provisions to deal with currency manipulation, was completely valid. How this damages Trump’s reputation as a great businessman and wheeler dealer, is only ‘evident’ to the irrational and confused mind of Cincinatus’ Wife.
Trump was not confused. He said the TPP did not address currency manipulation. That was the China issue.. He also said that China could then come in through the back door. Rand Paul was the one confused.
Typical Walker supporter nonsense.
First, China can easily be added to the TPP, and there is NOTHING the U.S. can do about it. Which there is a good chance that will happening. So Trump bring up China made sense. Only dumba$ in the media did not understand this.
Second, the same B.S. stuff that is going on with China currency manipulation, the so called “free trade” (meaning China does not pay tariffs but we do) will go on with the TPP.
Third, the TPP is the worst Trade agreement to date. It was just released to the public (4 weeks after it was agreed to) and it basically a complete sell out of the U.S. on just about every level.
I strongly recommend you read what Senator Jeff Sessions said about it or even Mark Levin. Here are the links, and keep in mind only Trump, Cruz and Paul are all against it.
and
The question was another hit piece...No one up there knows much about the 'deal' but yet most are for it...So Trump went to familiar territory...
When Trump becomes President, I'm going to tell him about you...
China can join tpp and has stated it wants to in the future. Nice try.
I assume that in the little Podunk in which you live, you wouldn’t have a clue as to Trump’s business success. As a NYer, I can tell you not only is he a spectacular business man (do you know what the west side highway looks like these days??) he has been a cheerleading voice for being tough on crime for over 40 years. I still admire his outrage over the Central Park jogging case and his generosity to the victim.
And he did not conflate China with the new trade deal. You need to listen more closely.
Trump's 'one size fits all' talking points are beginning to be predictable, stale and off topic. expect him to get frustrated, bored and find or fabricate a reason to drop out.........he just doesn't have the depth....
Trump gets the last laugh. Why? because he was right and Paul was wrong.
The mods didn’t attack Trump on TPP because they knew this fact!

Search your feelings...you know this to be true.
TRUMP IS YOUR FATHER!
Sorry...just lost my mind for a moment....
Cruz would be great...but he will not garner one vote from what is left of the Reagan union demonrats. Trump could.
And with some on our side who still support the establishment forces; another case of Romneycide is not that far fetched.
Cruz will never get the support of the establishment Gang Of Parasites. Neither will Trump. They hate The Don as much as they hate Cruz. Any cross over at all could be the difference. And as much as I love Cruz....he will not be able to garner enough cross-over votes to overcome the establishments wishy washy Bushy wushy handicap. The 7-10% support the Rinos have in this primary are NEVER going to vote for Cruz in the general nor will they vote for Trump.
Trump has a better shot of overcoming that by skimming some of what is left of the blue collar demonrats just enough to get over the line. Sadly Ted does not. Trump/Cruz could do it.
Any other ticket and the communist wins.
Be realistic! No one read the bill, if you don’t know what’s in it, you can’t fix it.
Cincinatus called. He wants you back in the kitchen.
I wonder what Scott Walker’s position on TPP is?
Oh, that’s right - it doesn’t matter, because Walker quit when the going got tough, and spit on Trump on his way out.
And now, his pouty-faced minions are trolling websites, dumping on Trump. At least one of them is.
