Hillary and Obama had given up by 10:30pm.
That is why they went to bed.
There was nothing more for them to do.
They knew the enemy was going to pullback and release Ambassador Stevens’ body because they had negotiated that deal.
In return for this, the enemy at Benghazi received:
1. $6,000,000,000 from the State Department treasury.
2. An assurance that there would be no rescue attempt from outside of Libya.
3. Armored vehicles, night vision equipment and weapons.
4. An assurance that there would be no retaliatory attacks.
5. A commercial starring Hillary and Obama sticking up for Moslems.
In addition, Hillary and Obama were assured by the enemy that they would not tell the press that Obama had surrendered at Benghazi.
The enemy attacked at Benghazi to draw attention to Benghazi and what Hillary had been doing in Libya.
This is why Hillary’s first lie was to coverup the reason for the enemy’s attack.
IMO The ambassador may have thought there was an abduction/release plan but the two in DC planned to silence him from the beginning. He knew too much
