Message saying what exactly? Maybe 'sending a message' is the wrong expression. More correctly would be 'create an effect.' Is there any doubt that Obama plays mind games on citizens? His primary concern is not dominance over foreign powers. His goal is to weaken U.S. sovereignty and erode American's sense of independence in preparation for the New Marxist Muslim World Order. I think this exercise is part in a series of cryptic effects ultimately aimed at bringing that about.
