In an administration known for its disdain for accountability and appalling disregard for justice, FBI Director James Comey sets himself apart as a straight shooter and strong adherent of the equal application of the law. To those who know and/or have worked with him, Comey’s character is unimpeachable, his integrity unique, and his pursuit of justice determined, focused, and incorruptible in a capital where such traits are routinely eschewed.
According to Dr. Monica Crowley, quoted below, Comey is closely overseeing his crack cyber-forensic team, which has masterfully managed to do what many claimed couldn’t be done: they accessed the files on Hillary Clinton’s “wiped†email server. If they find ample evidence to indict her, as Crowley intimates below, and the Justice Department decides not to pursue charges, many political pundits foresee Comey resigning, or looking the other way when whatever illegal activity they found starts to leak.

Clapper is out there today dismissing that classified anything was ever on Hillary’s server.
Obama sent out the message weeks ago. He said our security was never in danger by Hillary or her magic server.
Clapper got the message.
Comey will suffer unknown consequences should he come up with anything that says, “different”.
Sure they are, just like they closed in on Lois Lerner.
Even if the FBI comes up with hard evidence the decision to prosecute or not will be made by Attorney General Loretta Lynch, who declined to prosecute Lois Lerner for her crimes at the IRS.
Correct, they could have both the Clintons by now. The most corrupt couple in this Country. The Rapist and the Cow.

Lois lerner. Crimes? What crimes? Heard she’s got a new position with the dnc. Not only that, I betcha her retirement is a whole lot better than mine.
It seems as if James Comey will do his job, and indict.
Then the hot potato gets passed to the DOJ. If Obama allows prosecution, then Hillary will plea bargain, and will get a great deal in exchange for keeping Obama’s perfidy under wraps.
Then Biden, or someone like him, enters the race. If Obama refuses to indict, then it will be perceived he too is hiding something, perhaps the least dangerous predicament for him.
But the indictment alone will be enough to deny Hillary the WH, in my opinion, perhaps especially if Obama refuses to prosecute her.
I think Obama’s between the proverbial rock and hard place.
And if there was some dem assclown that wanted to jump in, no doubt, the filing deadline would be waived. If it were a republicrat the answer would be: “Sorry. The filing deadline has passed and no filings will be accepted. No exceptions.”
