Forcing Dr. Ben Carson to EXIT the GOP Presidential race is "exactly" what Donald Trump wants ...
I'm sure that Donald's guys offered Dr. Ben Carson a juicy Cabinet position, if he would drop-out of the race ..
Quid Pro Quo.
But Ben Carson refused, and the "invisible hand" picked-up the "political sword".
Why ?
Donald Trumps WANTS Ted Cruz in the Number Two slot ...
just as Obama wanted Joe Biden as VP.
Why ?
Any GOPe-RINO type can "tolerate" Donald Trump as president, but they're bat$hit crazy terrified of a Ted Cruz presidency.
Hence, if Ted Cruz is a strong number two, then the GOPe-RINO class will LEAVE Donald Trump in the race.
Questions ?
.
I have no doubt Trump would like to see Cruz running second to him as Cruz has little chance to close the gap between now and Feb 2nd. And it may well be that Trump does want Cruz for VP or AG. Either one fine by me. I want to see the rest of them gone ASAP. Trump needs to wrap this nomination up and get ready to steamroll Hillary.
In a recent Poll, Trump is the only candidate among the top 4 who loses to Hillary!!
It has been stated that the meeting took place in February, not Memorial Day. Should be easy enough to verify when a parade happened. A parade in February in Detroit? And a scholarship offer after his senior year had already ended? Wouldn’t admissions already have been given and papers filed prior to the end of May? Even in those days, before computers, plans and applications to prestigious schools had to be finalized long before the end of May in one’s twelfth grade year.
That doesn’t make any sense. Trump has larger concerns than Carson, of all people, and whether he’s there or not has no bearing on the VP spot.
guess we’ll just have to disagree ... best regards ...
Trumps nasty personal attacks are getting old. I liked him for awhile but I’m leaning more to Cruz who is more reasonable and presidential.
Trump is triangulating. He may know that the story is BS, he doesn’t even care. Carson is a rival. The media are gunning for him. The media can’t now say that Trump is full of sh!t, because that is what they are spouting. It is political opportunism, pure and simple. There are risks, but very little, really, from Trump’s perspective, because they will gun for Trump when they get the opportunity, regardless of what Trump does.
“This is an election for Ted Cruz to win. Other should leave the stage.”
So you’re admitting you’re a Marxist? That we all don’t get to decide who we want?
Are you sure you aren’t a “closet RAT?”
>> I’m sure that Donald’s guys offered Dr. Ben Carson a juicy Cabinet position, if he would drop-out of the race <<
Conspiracy to violate the federal bribery statutes?
I don’t think the Trump campaign should want to go there.

Carson did Carson in, this has nothing to do with Trump. Although, I have a feeling Trump will be throwing a couple of warheads his way in the next debate.
Could be a possible prep for when they become the ticket, Cruz being on the ticket to bring in the Latinos.
Either way works for me!
What ticket.....lol You must mean the Cruz-Trump ticket...:-)
I don’t think Carson is finished....
This could all backfire in the same way it has for Trump.
You might consider the possibility. While I look forward to the top tier candidate list narrowing, It may not happen in the way you expect.
If Trump had cut a deal with Carson to drop out of the race, he’d drop out of the race. Not immolate himself on this West Point thing.
Trump’s attacks are deliberately isolated media sound bites repeated to make it seem like that’s all he does. You need to take in more than just those to see the forest. For example watch what Trump said about eminent domain when he was in NH to file. The link goes straight to the question; https://youtu.be/9mOxWDBIAwk?t=690
In fact watch the whole video. It’s raw and unedited and starts when Trump gets out of his vehicle to go file in NH. It spontaneously turns into a press conference and rally.
Trump may not be perfect, but proves beyond all doubt he is the only candidate generating the support and turnout it will take to beat Hillary.
We have to win. If we don’t win nothing matters, not oratory or debating skills, not conservative values. None of that can be executed effectively from a losing position.
In addition to Trump’s winability he’s got the unique executive and leadership chops to do what actually needs to be done. That is a win-win.
Maybe it was all a set up by Obama and the dims/GOPe from the start.
...and the Candy Crowley (sp) episode with Romney
Two coincidences are coincidences...
but three are a trend.
