LOS ANGELES INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (CBSLA.com) – Six passengers kicked off a Spirit Airlines plane at Los Angeles International Airport Monday night accused a flight attendant of discrimination.
The travelers said they were singled out and booted off the aircraft because they are black.
“I’m really humiliated just for the simple fact that you hear about this type of stuff happening in America, discrimination issues and stuff like that, but to actually experience it first-hand,†said passenger Alexandria Wright.
Witnesses told CBS2/KCAL9’s Tom Wait the passengers were removed from Flight 868 after a white flight attendant accused a member in the group of being a threat.
It started with confusion over a seat, which the travelers claimed was double-booked. Then police came and escorted the three couples, all black, off the plane.
“It was more than just us having the conversation. Why is that six black people got kicked off the plane?†Wright asked.(snip)
After arriving at Dallas/Fort Worth International Airport, witnesses on the flight told reporters the banned passengers were being disruptive.

The late Eric Hoffer was all over this crap over forty years ago. James Koerner in his Hoffer’s America (one of the best books on Eric Hoffer): “He is (Hoffer) . . . unswerving in his conviction that no excuses, and no elaborate sociological rationalizations can be tolerated that would provide a different standard of behavior for the Negro or any other minority than for whites.” Game, set, match!
So what is the procedure if a seat is double-booked? If I get my @ss to the airport and go through all that security BS, I expect to get where I’m going.
Why do airlines overbook anyway?
I was at BCF last week looking at shoes at the Back of the store, and 2 black couples were shopping in clothing...men’s and women’s, not close to each other, but YELLING their comments all over the store, and Yapping to each other 50-100 feet away!!! It was unbelievable.
This is one of the many reasons I no longer fly, the biggest reason is the TSA. I also like the ability to carry lunch/dinner/snacks/beverages without having to take out a loan. When driving I am able to stop when I please where I please and am not at the hands of others to get myself where I want to be for what i consider an outrageous price. I should mention I have a slide in camper so as to bring the creature comforts with me.
Boarded a flight. A woman with a baby was in my assigned seat. Attendant asked me to pick another seat. I did and got a free drink for not making a fuss.
Moral of the story: Acting White pays.
I guess I'm not the right race to use such an affectionate term.

Maybe all 6 could follow that black fellow seeking asylum in Canada due to US ‘racism’ and all....hell, I’ll even help with bus fare since they probably can’t fly for awhile.
Geez blacks are always screaming RACISM aren’t they..they disrupt things and get kicked off flights and the first thing they do is scream Racism. Maybe, just maybe, they were being nasty and deserved to be kicked off.
I was at my Mom’s birthday a few weeks ago and we had to share a large party room with another party, they were black. They seemed like nice folks but boy were they LOUD and this one woman I accidentally cut in front of her at the omelet station and she gave me this “I hate white people” look so I just said “Im sorry” and went behind her.

It seems Jesse 'Jackpot' Jackson and Al "Shakedown" Sharpton has taught them well.

Because airlines know that if the overbooking put a white and a black in the same seat then they know that the black will be booted off of the flight? ;-)

I noticed that 48 years go. Three blacks at a cafe table will have a conversation. Add on more and they will still have a conversation. Add a fifth and something happens, they start getting LOUD! Add a sixth and they get even louder and obnoxious, irritating everyone else in the place.
That's my take on it. I am one of those 'Young Earthers', and I believe we are all cousins related to Noah. After the Flood/Babel a lot of the family groups got isolated (or isolated themselves), and the results of generational in-breeding has accentuated the various features and traits: stoic/thoughtful, emotional/charismatic, aggressive/violent, etc... Every family group brings a lot of potential, and different skills, to the table. The same traits can be positive attributes, or they can be negative. Unfortunately the Politicians try to push certain buttons in order to accentuate the negatives, and thus show that we need said Politicians to get us through the troubles (that they incited).
This is a gross generalization, but my opinion.
It is not only on planes but everywhere. They do not seem to know how to act anywhere they go. A bunch of savages.

White people don’t like loud folks.
And anywhere else in the country with a "minority" population greater than 15-20%.
Sometimes the minority was a racial one, sometimes an ethnic one. Dislike of other groups has existed all over the world and throughout time.
The Deep South has no monopoly on bias or prejudice.
I am more reminded of the screeching at the simian section of the zoo. Much similarity in behavior and excitability.
Of course, you are not allowed to point that out............
This reminds me of something from forty years go at a steel company I worked at. At noon, we all ate lunch in the shop. All the blacks and American Indians took off to the air conditioned locker room.
Several days later, all the American Indians were eating with us in the shop. One said it was a MADHOUSE in the locker room at noon.
One day at noon, I got hit with the stomach pains and had to go to the locker room. I got an eye full. The blacks were all in there, loud obnoxious, throwing food, chili splattered all over the wall. one had eaten fried chicken and dropped the bones on the floor.
several hours later, I had to go there again. The food was still splattered on the wall, and the pile of chicken bones were still there. They would not even clean up after themselves.
Then I realized why the company had the janitors clean up the locker room just before quitting time.
