Hate to point out the obvious here, but there was very little for Trump to complain about since it was only the second question. Had he gone off that early the headlines would have been all about his thin skin.
By the time Cruz decided to return fire the moderators had been peppering the candidates for a half hour with BS comments disguised as questions and everyone was sick of it including the audience.

If you liked those two definitely get it, it continually gets better. We didn’t know about it until a friend told us, and then recorded all of them, and couldn’t stop wanting to watch 4-6 at a time......

When is the media question for Democrats; You still haven’t paid for your Stimulus bill that failed, health care insurance is un-affordable because of your Obamacare bill, the debt ceiling has to be raised because you can’t cut any spending, how will you ever return a good economy to America?
