In California, two burglars had to cut through a womans yard after they allegedly robbed an elderly couples home. The woman whose property they used as a getaway path was Marilyn Williams and the suspects very quickly realized they had chosen the wrong yard to pass through during their crime spree. Williams grabbed her gun when she realized something was going on in her neighborhood. Shed heard a commotion involving the police, so she loaded up and stepped outside.
Williams waited with her rifle, positioned to fire, when one of the burglars hopped over her fence as he attempted to run away from police. Turns out, Marilyn Williams is actually a former high school Junior ROTC member. According to Fox News, she once earned a medal for marksmnship.
I kept yelling at him: Im gonna shoot you! Williams said after the incident.
Her quick-thinking response to the situation frightened the suspects, who lost track of their evil plans. They wound up dropping not only their gun and a mask, but also a whole pillow case full of jewelry they had stolen.

Well, after the people of Texas, You have Governor Abbott. You remember, the guy who beat like a rented mule, that bastion of good sneakerdom, Wendy Davis.
As stated in #2, had she pulled that trigger it may have gotten legally ugly in CA.

She needs a real gun though and not an air-rifle.
That’s a very high powered Benjamin (I think) air rifle, looks like .357 caliber. Used for large game. Very expensive air gun.
This lady needs to move to the USA....
That’s definitely bigger than .357!
Single shot plinking...no problems.
Even occasional double-tap.
But running a 25 shot mag, or the stock 10 rounder for that matter, guaranteed at least one stove pipe.
But for squirrel plinking or crows, even, great stuff.
Makes crow hunting especially challenging, since you get about a 3 inch drop just about the distance where you have shoot a crow.
But, lots of fun.
It's a POP!, as opposed to CRACK!,, not as sharp, if you know what I mean.
You can kill a groundhog with it.
That turned out well. Glad the cops did not shoot her.
Hole in One,,,
A Cinderella story!
