Donald Trump says that if elected “we will do something that will be done with heart” in order to deal with the illegal immigrants and their families already in America.
Trump, in an interview set to air Monday on PodcastOne with Larry King, was asked about deporting families of illegal immigrants, when Trump said, “Well, I just — I don’t want to get into your specific question, but we will we will do something that will be done with heart.”
Larry King asked Trump about a hypothetical family of illegal immigrants, who had children, when Trump explained, “I don’t want to comment on that one right now, Larry, because that’s the sort of a question where I just don’t want to answer it right now.”
“We do have to have laws for the border,” Trump explained, “The crime is incredible, the drug trafficking is unbelievable, and I have to tell you, I’ve been told by many of your liberal friends at the top of the line, in Los Angeles as an example, that they’re voting for me because they can’t take it anymore.”
“You see what’s happened with LA; you see what’s happened with so many different places,” suggested Trump. “And, you know, I have great relationships with Mexico and with the Mexican people. I have great relationships with Hispanics… but we have to be a nation of laws.”
Co-host Shawn King later asked Trump about his “compassionate side” and “Why aren’t you showing more of that?”
Trump insisted, “Maybe I wouldn’t be doing as well in the polls.”
Larry retorted, “So you don’t want to be known as a nice guy.”
Trump suggested, “It’s important. I think I am a nice guy. I love people and, you know, love you guys. You’re fantastic and always have been. But I think it’s really about competence now.”

Maybe he should try a more creative solution, sending all the Mexican and Central American illegals up to Canada.
With that new Liberal Party "Trudeau" in charge up there now, they should be happy to welcome all those illegals, and they have vast stretches of (cold) wilderness up there that they will be able to settle them in.
(Only problem, Trump might need to build a second wall at some point...)

The choice Trump must make comes in the context of issues. We have already seen him start to dance on the issue of immigration: Who he will deport; how he will uncover them in America; how he will physically deport them; whom he will allow to return to America; upon what standard; whom he will make citizens; why?. His answer was virtually incoherent but even if regarded to be coherent, his answer was hardly confidence inspiring…

yep. Enough is enough. If they’re here illegally, they have to go and the border needs to be secured so they don’t walk right back in. They’re a bunch of GD invaders and considering the trouble Mexico is causing us, we ought to be doing a lot more than politely deporting their illegals and building a wall. This American is all out of compassion for this particular group.

In any event, when it comes to the prediction business the name of the messenger is not so important as it is in the business of selecting a president. In the former case events will prove the matter but in the case of selecting a president, the character of the messenger is vitally important.

He doesn't want to get into any specific question: "I'm Trump, I'm a winner, they're all losers, I build things, I know how to do bankruptcies, I say what I want. Therefore you should vote for me!" That's his whole platform, other than "Me and my unicorns are gonna make America great again."
