Thanks for the mention. Seems like a terrible thing to do to any society. One day the hostilities cease, and those blinded people have to be looked after.
Now this isn’t completely true, because blind people do function in society, but it’s still a terrible waste of future resources.
It’s inhumane on a number of levels.

But, in the case of these murderous Islamist who teach their children to hate and fight, having hundreds of these guys bumping into walls might be a vital lesson to the youth mot to go do what these guys did.
