Vice President Biden announced Wednesday that he will not run for president, ending months of feverish speculation over his 2016 plans and likely settling the Democratic field.
Speaking in the Rose Garden alongside his wife Jill and President Obama, Biden said the window of opportunity to mount a viable campaign "has closed." He has been weighing a decision since summer, but cautioned all along that he and his family were grieving over the loss of his son Beau Biden -- and said Wednesday he knew that process could outlast the window for making a decision.
"Unfortunately I believe we're out of time, the time necessary to mount a winning campaign for the nomination," Biden said.

For Biden to become president it requires the votes of 13 Democrats plus every Senate RINO to remove Barry Soetoro by an impeachmen trial’s guilty verdict; not likely.
The last thing the Senate Republcans want is for Joe Biden to be an incumbent in 2016.

Speech was public version of a job interview, with no questions posed to him.
Now watch him bag a ~$5 million/year position with the Clinton Crime Family Global initiative, since he demonstrated he “understands global issues so deeply”.
He was BOUGHT. That’s why he waited, his price probably went up by the week. No more Amtrak commuting to/from Delaware. He’s another Xlinton bitch now. but won’t have to hoof around the world making speeches at $200K each.
HE chose this over the other alternative posed to him of a meeting in Ft. Marcy Park.

When Hillary goes down due to her emails, Joe’s hands are clean! He did not try to take her job.
Democrats will draft Joe to save the party. Perhaps right before the convention.
The feminists will have no reason to blame Joe - he will be their savior.
