On Tuesday’s “New Day” on CNN, Republican presidential front-runner defended his response aimed at his GOP opponent former Gov. Jeb Bush (R-FL), who had claimed in a debate earlier this month that the country was kept safe under former President George W. Bush.

And did they reveal either the date or the target(s) of “the imminent attack?” What would you have done to prevent the imminent attack on an unknown target on an unknown date?
And when you are told month after month “He was being told over and over again, attack may just be weeks away!” Just when do you know the attack will be and what the target will be. Please provide that information from the warnings, otherwise you only know something will probably happen, but don’t know when or where. Is your solution for the president to have invoked martial law, ground all aircraft, stop all trains, ships, trucks?
Please tell me the concrete actions you would have taken based upon “being told over and over again, attack may just be weeks away!”

It would have happened no matter who was president at the time, that we can be sure of. At least GWB was able to call it what it was, namely terrorism. Obama would have probably called it a conspiracy by radical right-wing racist Republicans.
