You like to get absurd with you arguments, but thank you for admitting he does have some culpability in the matter. It is by no means all his fault, but he is not blameless as you were asserting.

It would have happened no matter who was president at the time, that we can be sure of. At least GWB was able to call it what it was, namely terrorism. Obama would have probably called it a conspiracy by radical right-wing racist Republicans.
