Joe Biden annoucement: I Joe Biden am running for office because my dead wife and daughter and son wanted me to.

This is all he has. The sympathy vote and the fact he is not Hillary Clinton.

That and stare decisis usually demands that a VP follow the boss into the White Crib.

Biden does far better than clinton against cruz and trump.

it doesn’t matter what we think of him.

many think of him as an elder statesman.

we can laugh that away at our own peril

It sure looks like this is where this is going. Biden is Obama’s boy and he will now defang Hillary.

Wow! If this is true, Obama is assuming he is supreme and that Hillary will roll over. This could be the miscalculation of a lifetime on both their parts.

That’s the question I’ve been asking for a year.

Why the heck is BIDEN not the PRESUMPTIVE NOMINEE??

If these were Republicans, you can imagine how the state-run media would be ridiculing them for having chosen a VP so dumb, so incompetent, so shallow that even their own party is trying to hide him.

He should have been the presumptive. Theoretically, there’s no better training for the POTUS office than being VPOTUS for 8 years.

Seriously, compared to that, what has Hilary! the air-brushed granny got to offer? A few years as senator? Failed presidential campaigns? A failure as Sec of State that accomplished nothing and succeeded only in creating a long list of scandals?

It’s a joke the DNC is even talking about Mrs. Bill “I sold missile-guidance technology to the ChiComs” Clinton.

Emily Latella?
Wasn’t she a fictional SNL character played by Gilda Radner?

I did. I figure this must be a default page, created in 2010, for when unauthenticated files get posted.

You make an excellent point, my FRiend.

Another might be to question Biden's fitness for office, given his sad history with brain aneurysms. On this point, I actually heard the veep speak a few years back. There were some moments in which I could not be certain of his lucidity. (Maybe it was there, I just was not certain it was.)

Alan Combs set the stage for Joe’s defense on mental stability. Played the sympathy card.
