Republican presidential candidate Donald Trump said Sunday that he would cut funding for the Environmental Protection Agency.
"Environmental Protection," Trump said on Fox News Sunday after host Christ Wallace asked if there were any federal departments he'd cut. "What they do is a disgrace. Every week they come out with new regulations. They're making it impossible."
Wallace then interjected that the EPA's job was to protect the environment.
"We'll be fine with the environment," Trump responded. "We can leave a little bit, but you can't destroy businesses."
Trump also said he would cut funding for the Department of Education.

This can’t be correct.
The mentally ill Trump haters on FR have told us that Trump will never cut funding. He will just spend like a democrat.
Of course they could wrong again like they have been since day one when Trump entered their mentally ill minds.
I’m seriously wondering now whether the “conservatives must be PERFECT conservaties!” meme wasn’t successfully crafted by leftist trolls across the ‘net over the past several years to keep us from fielding winning candidates.
All Trump needs to do is appoint Sarah Palin as EPA Administrator. Two-thirds of the employees would retire or quit. Then he could move Palin to the next agency...
Here is the deal. Trump maybe can get things changed in DC. His election would be that great a shock to the political system.
Maybe Trump is a very slim chance at saving our country. However, Trump is the difference between having SOME chance and NO chance.

Trump will use executive orders in the first week to reverse, stop and eliminate most of Barack’s poisonous agendas.

While the states need to protect the environment, the states have never delegated to the feds, expressly via the Constitution, the specific powers to regulate, tax and spend for either INTRAstate environmental protection purposes or intrastate schooling. So Trump is leading us back to the federal government’s constitutionally limited powers with respect to getting rid of these constitutionally undefined federal agencies, if that is what he meant.
His supporters need to point these things out to him and give him a thumbs up.
His supporters also need to point out to him that the reason that the feds are unconstitutionally regulating these 10th Amendment-protected intrastate issues is the following. The corrupt, post-17th Amendment ratification Senate is not doing its job to protect the states as the Founding States had established the Senate to do. Instead, corrupt senators are helping the House to pass unconstitutional bills that steal not only unique state powers, but also steal state revenues assoctiated with those powers.
The ill-conceived 17th Amendment needs to disappear, and corrupt senators who help to pass unconstitutional bills that hurt the states along with it.

- stop all foreign aid and reassess who is deserving of it.
- kick the UN out of the country. Let them set up in one
of their socialist utopias.
For sake of discussion let's assume that's true.
It still would be better to have them sit at their desks without work and a high speed connection to all the porn they can handle.
That would be cost effective: no need to pay out any severance packages to the quitters.
You’re missing the point at ;east with the Department of Education. He wants the department gone. He wants to cut the department, not it’s budget.

Yes, there is no other candidate with the courage needed to take really bold steps. Every other candidate running is under control of their rich donors and lobbyists.
