Police found 14 containers of human tissue that appears to be the remains of aborted fetuses in the trunk of a Detroit abortionists car.
The evidence suggests the doctor may have performed illegal abortions, reported local ABC News affiliate 7 Action News. Police are investigating the man, identified as practicing OB/GYN Michael Arthur Roth, but have not pressed charges.
The New York Times quoted Roth in a 1988 story about the ethics of abortions based solely on the sex of a fetus. I have no ethical problems with it, Roth told TheNYT. Absolutely not. I think that abortion should be available on demand.
Police allegedly found 14 unmarked containers of human tissue, medical equipment and large amounts of the painkiller Fentanyl in Roths car. The police were executing a search warrant based on a separate investigation into Roth for allegedly running over and critically injuring a special needs child.
Police obtained the warrant for the cars black box data recorder, and were searching the trunk of his impounded car, when they came across the unmarked containers of human tissue and medical equipment. They also found the painkillers in the passenger side console.
Anonymous sources told 7 Action News there were no medical records in the car.
Roth has a history of alleged malpractice, public records obtained by abortiondocs.org show. He agreed to pay $200,000 for botching an abortion, and another in which the Michigan Board of Medicine fined him $2,000 for violating public health code in two abortions and for perforating a womans uterus.
Roth was evicted from his office space twice, records show, and as of December, 2014, was reportedly out of business. His wife filed for a restraining order against him as they went through a divorce in 2005.
Roths office did not immediately respond to a request for comment.
He should already have breathed his last breath
Hmmmm what is the difference between Jeffery Dalmer and this guy they arrested?
One killed humans and kept their body parts in the fridge...the other provides health care and empowers women....
Now do you understand?
So when with the GOP provide counsel and funding?
..as they say in the auto industry...just another “Chop Shop”...
But in light of the recent ruling against the gun store owners...the vehicle dealership that sold him that car.. IS NOW RESPONSIBLE!!!
Many physicians who support abortion, but don’t perform abortions themselves, will tell you that abortionists are the dregs of the medical profession, drawn from the ranks of the incompetent and unstable.
Abortion clinics are notorious for violating almost every basic hygienic and clinical practice in a manner that would get any other medical facility shut down and its practitioners disciplined.
Why is it so common in abortion clinics and so rare in any other medical setting? Perhaps it is a subconscious reaction by those who know in their hearts the moral squalor in which they wallow to cover in filth what they pretend to be ethical.
The dude looks like a serial killer.
and Indeed he is...
He was planning to pick up some fava beans and a nice Chianti on his way home from work...
You are right. Dahmer never used his car to keep body parts in.
Exactly.
He looks like the love child of Robin Williams and Bruce Springsteen.
ahahahaha thanks!!
Full-time abortionists are generally "doctors" who have f'd up so badly or are f-ups in general, that that's ALL they can do to make a huge paycheck.
These are NOT "professionals" by any means.
Usually losers who got caught having sex with/molesting patients, alcoholics and drug users, basic incompetents.
You know, garden-variety liberals.
Even pro-choice OB/Gyns have no respect for these (almost always) men.
I wonder if he considers that a botched abortion?
Sicko.
